Last night she seemed to show her personality a bit………………………….
I went to the 12:30am visiting time last night and Jenna had her eyes closed when I got there. I asked her to open her eyes for me, and she did so but only after much seeming effort. Her right eye squinted hard just before the left eye opened, then the right eye opened. It seemed to stay a bit squinty for a time afterwards. And at another point, she did a characteristic “Jenna” eye roll, then looked right back at me. I had to laugh, it was just a little spark of her old personality showing through, even if it was just a remembered muscle movement… I'm going again tonight, at the 12:30 session.
I forgot to mention in the first post that Jenna IS going to have a full recovery. We wont settle for anything less.
